Noorderhaven transforms a 21-hectare former industrial site along the River IJssel into a vibrant new city district. KCAP's masterplan brings together around 1,100 homes, workspaces, cultural facilities and commercial functions around a reinstated harbour and marina. Drawing on Zutphen's rich heritage, the plan connects to the historic IJsselfront while establishing new streets, squares, parks and a waterfront boulevard that link the neighbourhood to the old city centre and the river.

The Sibeliuspark in Oss has been transformed from a neglected, underutilized green space into a welcoming, lively, and diverse 25-hectare urban park. The project features a nature-inclusive, climate-adaptive environment that integrates over 400 new trees, diverse programming for all ages, and integrated housing developments. The Urban Ox Park, featuring a skatepark, pumptrack, and calisthenics park, now serves as the beating heart of the renewed Sibeliuspark.

Little Island is a public park that shelters three new performance venues on the Hudson River. Designed as a haven for people and wildlife, it is a green oasis, held above the water by sculptural planters, and located just a short walk across a gangplank from Manhattan’s Lower West Side.

Maxwan developed the plan for the forecourt using a municipal design as a basis. The new forecourt will enable travellers to enter and exit the station swiftly and safely.

Punt de Sniep is a peninsula on a prominent location in the centre of Diemen, a city in the agglomeration of Amsterdam. The area is situated along the route to Amsterdam and is surrounded by two canals to which all buildings have direct connections. The housing concept offers flexibly designed apartments for a broad target group of starters, empty nesters and elderly people. Parking is completely integrated and located beneath the inner courtyard.

It is a unique piece of nature with forest spaces, the Nevėžis River bend, clearings, streams, ponds, slopes, and the historic Pragiedruliai homestead in the heart of the park. In 2025, Skaistakalnis Park was awarded as the best public space project at the biennial National Architecture Awards.

Vijverberg Zuid marks the final phase in the revitalisation of the Gageldonk neighbourhood in Bergen op Zoom with 131 new homes and apartments. Designed in close dialogue with residents, the project carefully integrates new dwellings into the existing 1960s urban fabric with subtle brickwork relief and durable ceramic materials that reference the neighbourhood's post-war character.

Two Amsterdam transforms a pair of 1980s office towers at the heart of the Zuidas. Central to KCAP's design is a new urban framework that brought parking underground and created a semi-public garden between the towers, offering a rare green retreat within Amsterdam's busiest business district.

With the new design PUPA aimed to create a recognizable identity of Senvage park and at the same time create more spaces for recreation by the water.
