Buurtschap Zwethof is a small-scale residential development of 41 homes in Zoeterwoude-dorp, designed by LOF Landschapsarchitecten with FARO and Trafique for developer AM. Surrounded by water and overlooking the polder landscape, the plan is structured as a traditional ribbon village with dwelling clusters arranged on small islands designed as farmstead courtyards, blending contemporary architecture with the character of the historic Dutch peatland.
