SAWA is a 50-metre-tall circular timber residential building in Rotterdam with 109 apartments across social, mid-rent and owner-occupied segments. Designed for disassembly and built to enhance urban biodiversity, the award-winning project combines sustainable timber construction with an inclusive housing programme.
