THIS. is a mixed-use waterfront development in Amsterdam-Noord comprising residences, offices and public spaces across 39,000 m². Designed by Powerhouse Company for RED Company, the angular volumes frame panoramic views over the IJ river, with copper-coloured aluminium, brick arches and vertical louvres referencing the district's industrial past.
